Since our products are 100% digital and delivered instantly after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. Digital products, once downloaded or accessed, cannot be “returned,” and this policy helps protect our content from misuse.

However, we do want every customer to feel valued and supported. If you experience a technical issue or have a genuine concern, please email us at emaanifybooks@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly, and in certain cases, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
